Stampin Up demonstrator choice

I signed up as a Stampin Up demonstrator in October. I'm absolutely loving their stamps and papers, can't believe I've been missing out for so long. They are such great quality and make gorgeous cards. So far I have just managed to run parties for friends, but still looking for my first party for someone else to host!

Today I had my first quarterly stampin up training with my upline's upline and could take along a project to enter into the demonstrators choice competition. As the training involved making jewellery charms from the spring catalogue I decided to make a jewellery holder. I took a piece of MDF and covered in paper from the timeless portrait designer paper, punched out flowers and die cut butterflies from regal rose patterned paper and decorated. I used mini cotton reels and covered with paper and antique brads.

I took my jewellery holder along today and was so chuffed as I came first in demonstrator of choice. There were some such lovely projects I couldn't believe it. So I have ideas people like so now all I need is to find some lovely customers to host parties and share them with all :)
